Time (as banal as it may sound) helps. A year ago I was depressed and couldn’t go to work or go anywhere at all. In order to get out of this condition at least somehow, I included meditations and affirmations. I don’t know if they were helpful, but at some point in my life, there were some changes that helped me get out. They were not radical, but now, inside, I feel different. I have a goal, I go to it, and most importantly, there are people who I love and who love me. I wish you the same.)
