Like Jacki, I do a lot of both. I’d say the majority of it is free flow, but when there is no free flow coming then it’s time to sit down and actually brainstorm.

I find that this is what works best for me. 🙂

One of my worries is that I won’t grow fast enough. I always have this expectation of myself to break new ground on a daily basis in 1,000 different ways! It’s draining, it really is.

I’m scared that one day, this mindset will eat at me and I will just simply stop growing as a result.

Stoicism is a huge key in my life that allows me to control anxiety. I actually started a forum topic over here about it.

It’s actually a very interesting philosophy because not only does it deal with anxiety, it deals with sadness, insatiability, and a ton of other negative emotions.

Interesting question. When I think of no-regrets, I think of using my acknowledged mistakes of the past to propel me forward and grow. Regret is that feeling of being stuck on an issue that occurred and is over now but you never really learn or move on. In that sense, I live a life on no regrets because I use these opportunities to understand my mistakes, lack of actions, etc., in order to avoid them in the future.

People may have different definitions of what it means to regret.
