    Hi Kay,

Im sorry to read about everything you have been through but I do sorta of know how you feel, everything just seems to come at once and it seems like the world comes crashing down around you, but there is a way out!

Do you still volunteer? I found that to be of a massive benefit personally, I could work with like minded people all day and have a good laugh

Secondly, why not write all your frustrations and agonies down, then delete the file? Strange approach I know but I found that, once I “vented” to myself, I could just delete the evidence and no-one would be none the wiser 🙂

    Hi!

Sorry for a really, really late reply. I took the dream job and it was an amazing experience, one Im glad I took 🙂 unfortunately, I was laid off but still stands out in my mind!

Although I never publish them, most of my writing is purely free flow.. then adjusted later. I sometimes get a real urge just to write, get my words onto paper (on the screen) and then… delete the file, strange I know but makes me feel better 🙂

    Hey dude,

I am going to go out on a limb here and say, I believe the real underlying issue is stress caused by years of frustration. I mention this because, whenever I am under a load of stress.. I get real physical issues like headaches, a low body temperature and various other factors. Have you ever thought about taking a sport up to relieve the stress? Meditation also may or may not work. Now you mention that you get itchy skin, what grooming products are you using? Sometimes, we can develop a sensitivity to certain ingredients and not realise it.
