	Okey, now I understand. And also have a question, can I somehow modify the excersise done in the day by writhing thoughs? Because its hard to grab this and focus and feel in the moment, especially when Im not alone in the room. Or maybe I should start practicing meditation to be able to focus more? Is there something more that you would suggest? Thank you.
