Things I am grateful for today:
1. One hour early morning Yoga class and 15 minutes running as a good start of my week
2. Delicious and healthy lunch with friends
3. Writing on my dissertation’s pilot study
Though I run this site, it is not mine. It's ours. It's not about me. It's about us. Your stories and your wisdom are just as meaningful as mine.
