I still feel a bit lost but I am making an effort to find happiness again in everything I do. I decided to stop being a perfectionist and instead just give myself a break, just doing enough and being enough is the best for me.

You are welcome, good to read back from you. It is a healthy choice to stop being a perfectionist, less stress this way. It’s not going to be smooth and easy to make this kind of change, but after enough time of patiently changing this about yourself, you will greatly benefit.
