Dear Anita, I am getting better, yesterday I am attending a financial course to improve my knowledge in well manage my own finance. The job that I quite that day, the boss give a very good second offer, so I decided to go back, and I have a feeling that this might be the road I must pass, but anyway be like Sisyphus happy with your reality.May 6, 2017 at 8:01 pm #148301

It is good you got a better offer, but what about the dust and chemicals? If it is unhealthy for you, you shouldn’t do it (there are such things as Air Filters that can be installed in places like that…?)
I am glad you are getting better. Pay attention (be mindful) of all you do at work (and otherwise), so you can learn from every opportunity. Unlike Sisyphus who was forced to roll an immense boulder up a hill, only to watch it come back to hit him, repeating this action for eternity (how painful!)- you don’t have to suffer anything for eternity, and you can be mindful of that boulder coming down the hill and get out of its way…

Dear Anita, just to let you know that today I start working again in the same place the factory, try my best to get used to the environment at here, also still got the feeling of “why I have to work here” but I guess I got to work out for that.
The boss alsopromise me that if I learn fast enough then I dont have to do much heavy lifting duty. Hope everything going well, although I know is not possible.

I hope it goes well enough, has gone by the time you read this. Watch how you lift heavy things, doing it with the right posture can prevent hurting your body, particularly your lower back. Pay attention to your posture and movements- this by itself is a valuable practice (mindfulness).
Hope you post again with your experience at work, and otherwise.

Dear Anita, I feel so struggle for going to work again, but now I am here. The anxiety of afraid can’t communicate making mistake，also thinking about I got a college educantion why I have to work at here in this environment, never mind I guess this is what I have to going through. Faith and courage is needed now. Hope you going well there too.

I am fine, thank you. I like what you wrote: “Faith and courage is needed now.” I get anxious at times too, during the day. I wish I could feel good all the time, but it is not possible for anyone. We all have to endure not feeling good at times, feeling anxious, or sad, or otherwise distressed. And when we do, we have to keep ourselves as calm as possible and function effectively no matter how we feel.
If you do a good job at work even though you are distressed, you will build confidence in yourself. Confidence that you can manage well no matter who you feel. This confidence will benefit you greatly in the future.
Later on you can have better jobs, more challenging and in better environment. But you chose to take this one, following a better offer. So, be humble and do a good job, one hour, one day at a time.

Dear Anita, this is the third day I am getting used to work at here. Now I starting to realize the important of time, I dont have much time to spend anymore. After work, bath 1hr, eat 1hr,read 1 hour, making music 1 hr something and practice my instrument 1hr then I have to go to sleep already. This realization makes me spend my time in a organize way, I know what I have to do, not like before I just spend most of my time wander about life also makes me feel a little pressure but I guess is a good one.

A positive post, above. You are learning the value of organizing time, spending your time efficiently and aimlessly wonder about life less. Also you are learning you can manage pressure. Excellent job (of learning!) , says I.
