    Hello,

Few years ago, I got anxiety hit from weed, and wasn’t sure what was the reason, until now, all the puzzle pieces are getting together.

So the anxiety hit, it’s a big TRAUMA, made me quit weed, quit smoking, being obsessive healthy (because of fear not because of self-love)…so anxiety almost gone, but I was still unhappy, I didn’t understand what was the reason! I was suffering badly, until I browsed some videos and it happened:

So what happened is that I watched a video talking about emotion repress, and it gave me an idea, so I tried to express myself by writing and by breathing, and my belly started to shrink, in a strong way…and keep shrinking as long I relax myself!

And I know that it’s repressed feelings, fear and anxiety from the paste, so it has been shrinking since 2 days almost non-stop!

So as I breath and relax myself, it’ll keep shrinking in a strong and noticeable way…

I’m really glad to find the pain button, but it’s annoying, and I don’t know if I am doing it in the right way…

Do anyone have tips or suggestions for this to faster the healing process?, I’ll appreciate it!

    Dear ramy:

I don’t understand what you mean by your belly shrinking (“it has been shrinking since 2 days almost non-stop!… it’ll keep shrinking in a strong and noticeable way”). Can you explain to me what you mean by it?

    Hi Anita,

Yes, it retracts/or muscles get very tight and make a hole in my belly!

And it happens as long as I’m relaxed, but when I am nervous or not giving attention, it goes away!
Let me know if you didn’t understand so I can explain better or give a photo

    Dear ramy:

I don’t want a photo, but best you can, can you describe that “hole in my belly”?

Sure I’ll try my best, so it’s the muscles in my stomach, which are being tightened together and make the stomach get inside in a noticeable way (you can imagine this exactly as someone pressing with his finger at a stomach – down part of lungs)

    Dear ramy:

I think I understand  better. You wrote regarding this shrinking: “I’m really glad to find the pain button, but it’s annoying, and I don’t know if I am doing it the right way”- I don’t understand this question, what is the pain button in relation to your shrinking belly and what is it that’s annoying to you?

Well, I appreciate that you make sure to understand before you answer,

I’ve been stressed and anxious last few years, I’ve tried therapy and mediation and fitness but none worked, but once I relaxed and tried to express my feelings, what happened in my stomach/gut is expressing the emotions, so by pain button I mean that I found what was bothering me…

So “if I’m doing it right”-, if I should continue watching my stomach doing these things? because it’s already 3 days non stop!

    Dear ramy:

Thank you for expressing your appreciation. Best I understand, if that belly shrinking is not painful, and you are relaxed when it takes place, then let it be. I am not a meditation expert at all though, I wish you talked to one, or a medical professional perhaps, for better understanding.
