    I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I recently joined as a new member after reading some helpful posts and discussions on the site. I posted one topic and a response on the forums over 24 hours ago, but both posts say they are “awaiting moderation.”

    Initially I assumed that perhaps all posts on this site are moderated before posting, so I just need to wait for the next batch of posts to be approved. However, I have seen many other topics and responses being posted since my post under the same sub-forum.

    Are there particular forum guidelines I should be aware of? If I need to edit my post, is there a way to directly edit what I submitted (I did not save my original posts)?

    I have the same issue, but how did you post this one without awaiting moderation?

    Dear Joyce,

    to start a new topic, go to Forums –> All Forums,  and then select a category in which you want to post (e.g. Relationships, Tough Times, etc).

    In my experience, each post that contains a link automatically goes to moderation. So if you want your post to appear instantly, don’t include any links.
