    Hey Guys,

    I’ve had this site bookmarked for a while now and every so often come back out of curiosity and an urge to find out more, not just about the website but the people behind it. You guys seem like a really cool community, I’d love to get to know more about you! If you like, we can exchange Skype details too.

    Anyway, to keep it relevant: What’re some resources you use to maintain your emotional mastery, besides Tinybuddha. Maybe you just have an awesome circle of friends you can rely on, maybe not! Maybe we can work on building one together :3

    Hi Kitch welcome to Tiny Buddha,

    Always more than happy to help in anyway I can as I have a lot of positive information about emotional mastery. I’m not on Tiny Buddha as often anymore, so the best way to reach me is on Skype actually as it is the quickest and easiest since it’s on my phone as an APP. My Skype name is signalhill84

    I am about to go to bed after I finish typing this to you, so I will be on Skype later on to help you as long as you keep your Skype turned on to receive my messages and I receive yours. Also, make sure to frequently refresh your Skype when you’re not using Wi-fi as it sometimes will take a long time to receive a message if you don’t refresh it.
