    Hey guys just did my affirmations today and they were so rejuvenating, also I’m looking for other like minded people and their opinions on how to get rid of distractions and excuses and be focused. My mate recommended this video, has anyone seen this guy? Sharing love to everyone

    “how to get rid of distractions and excuses and be focused”- my input: create a daily routine that works for you. Some distractions are healthy and are taught as part of psychotherapy as a tool to regulate mood. For example, when very stressed it is good to distract by listening to relaxing music, or taking a walk outdoors. But distractions should be time limited, don’t want to lie down all day listening to music and neglecting what needs to be done.

    A daily routine that allows time to tasks that need to be accomplished, plus rest, plus positive distractions can help a whole lot.
