This is an improvement! A hurdle out of the way, that is getting the ownership of a house by you and R-2 dissolved. How exciting! I see it now: you and R-2 are not going to own real estate together. This makes a separation closer- I just figured this out during the reading of your last post. Got it!

This is exciting- I can’t believe progress is being made. It really is happening. I hope you have control of the money from the sale! You must! Oh, please do not hand any of the sale money coming in to R-2!!! I don’t know the details, but this money should be in your control.

I am hopeful and excited for you! If R-2 gives you trouble when you leave him, it will probably be all about money just like you stated many, many posts and threads back- and using a later term: the nurse-with-the-purse is going away.

I think money is going to be his only concern. Have control over the money from this sale and indeed, let him pay for the storage. Keep as calm as you can. I am now excited for the both of us.
