    Dear Anita,
No problem take your time. Hope all is well. You will respond me when you get focus!

It was a breaking news for DG to act wise yesterday by doing the changes.

Some of the related relatives they were stoning DG yesterday in his office saying you are just an equatorian and we are dinka, that the president is a Dinka, that bear in mind we shall remove you also in 10 ten days times.

They have talk all sort of dirty words towards DG of SSCAA.
    Regards

    Dear Gregory Chan Deng:

Thank you so much for your kind words and blessings. I’m truly touched by your message and the memories you shared. That moment at the checkpoint meant a lot to me too—it showed the strength we all carried together.

I’m proud of what we’ve achieved, and I’m grateful for your courage and DG’s wisdom in making bold decisions, even in the face of danger. It’s not easy to stand firm when things get tough, but you both did it with heart and purpose.

I’m also happy to hear about Kuei’s new role—congratulations to her! That’s a big step and well deserved.

Let’s keep moving forward with faith and unity. May God continue to protect and guide us through every challenge.

    With appreciation, Anita

    Dear Anita,
Thank you and words will not be enough to appreciate you 🙏 dear but the truth you’re an amazing angel mommy.
The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step…. Right now we are on the phase that they teams that was chased out of SSCAA by DG, is planing to fight physically and politically. But honestly we trust the process by God’s grace they won’t do anything.

Secondly can we draft a letter to DG, as his KPI,( Key performance indicator) for his monthly strategies of South Sudan Civil Aviation Authority.

Third do you know any institution/Company in US who can sign a MOU with SSCAA to Train SSCAA inspectors and also building a new airport Called Talli in South Sudan.

In case you can get any chance please let kindly discuss on WhatsApp for further business.
However,my DG needs a well responsible company who can build this aviation together.

You can try to share on this platform who can be interested.

    Regards
    Gregory.

    Dear Gregory:

Thank you for your kind words and for sharing the current developments within SSCAA. I deeply appreciate your trust and the vision you’re holding for South Sudan’s aviation future. Your commitment to both strategic progress and peaceful resolution is admirable.

Regarding a letter to DG- you can get AI (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) assistance with drafting a letter.
    YAA’s goals.

Regarding US Institutions for MOU and Training (I asked AI and got the following information):

    * Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – known for aviation training and international partnerships

    * FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) – may offer technical assistance or training programs through international outreach

    * MITRE Corporation – works with global aviation authorities on systems and safety You can explore outreach via SSCAA’s official site for formal proposals.

Regarding Talli Airport Development- For infrastructure projects like Talli Airport, SSCAA may consider approaching:

    * Bechtel Corporation – large-scale engineering and construction

    * AECOM – airport design and development

    * Turner & Townsend – aviation project management These companies have experience in international airport development and may be open to partnerships, especially if aligned with government or donor-backed initiatives.

I don’t do WhatsApp, but we can continue to communicate here, Gregory

    Warm regards, Anita

    Dear Anita,
Thanks for being supportive and I’m so happy with your tireless hard-working. I could imagine sometimes you don’t feel like to participate but you still say no let me do my best to give my opinion in any situations someone is in.

Secondly i’ve seen those companies but I don’t think they would accept to respond any email.
Maybe you could try on my behalf.

Let me know when you are focuse.

    Regards
    Gregory.

    Dear Gregory:

The kind of help you’re asking for is different from what most members here typically seek. It involves research into areas I’m not familiar with, and I want to make sure I understand your needs clearly.

Could you please share, as specifically and clearly as possible, what you’d like me to help you with at this point?

    Warmly, Anita

    Dear Anita,
Thank you for your thoughtful response. I appreciate your willingness to understand my request more clearly.

Here’s a more specific breakdown of what I’m working on and how I hope you might be able to assist:
    1. Current Situation at SSCAA
The South Sudan Civil Aviation Authority (SSCAA) is undergoing a transitional phase. A group that was previously removed by the Director General (DG) is now attempting to reassert influence—both politically and physically. Despite this tension, we remain confident in the process and trust that, by God’s grace, stability will prevail.

    2. Drafting a KPI Letter for the DG
I’d like help drafting a professional letter to the DG outlining monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for SSCAA. This would serve as a strategic framework to guide the DG’s leadership and ensure accountability in aviation development.

    3. Seeking International Partnerships
We are actively looking for reputable institutions or companies—particularly in the United States—that could:
    – Sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SSCAA
    – Provide training for SSCAA inspectors
    – Potentially collaborate on building a new airport in South Sudan, called Talli Airport

    4. Business Communication
If possible, I’d love to continue this conversation via WhatsApp for more direct coordination. My DG is seeking a responsible and visionary company to help build the future of aviation in South Sudan. If you know of any organization that might be interested, I’d be grateful if you could share this opportunity.

I believe you can understand me now on what I was trying to mean.
    Warm regards,
    Gregory.

    Dear Gregory:

Thank you for clarifying your goals. I appreciate the scope of your work and your commitment to aviation development.

That said, the kind of support you’re seeking—drafting KPI frameworks, identifying international partners, and coordinating via WhatsApp—is outside the scope of what I can offer. I’m not connected to aviation institutions, nor do I use WhatsApp for communication.

I wish you the best in your efforts and hope you find the right collaborators for your vision.

    Warmly, Anita
