I believe that life is not about getting by from day to day rather it is to lived with passion. The process of feeling alive is a work in progress. I had like to know what are the things that give you this feeling. Anything that makes you look forward to the new day with eager anticipation.
July 24, 2018 at 10:36 pm #218621JeaaaalParticipantBriefly what makes me feel alive is when my senses are activated in a mindful way such as when I look into another humans eyes and feel that sense of connection, gazing at the beauty of the earth like sunsets, the sky, and feeling a sense of belonging. Adrenaline. And of course, love. In all forms. Love in an unconditional display.

Learning about people/ myself is my passion, it is something I look forward to with anticipation. This is what motivates me to be here, right now, posting to you.
What is it that you look forward to with eager anticipation?

Anita,
Great to hear from you. About my passion it seems to keep changing – during my student days it used to be about completing my studies. Later as a teacher, teaching and educating was my passion. Currently it seems to be discovering myself – my thoughts, my feelings – the full package.
July 25, 2018 at 8:03 am #218665AnonymousGuestDear Prash:
Your passion was completing your studies, then teaching and educating (evident in those thoughtful, insightful, organized and otherwise, well presented and developed replies to others that I read), and now discovering yourself. Reads to me that all has to do with learning and teaching. How interesting. Looking forward more, over time, about your discoveries.

Thank you for your kind words. Very perceptive as always.
Read many of your posts. Felt a recurrent theme of taking a reader through their childhood experiences. I understand that that is through your own experiences. Hope you are healing well. Have you been able to forgive completely and let go?
July 25, 2018 at 12:32 pm #218701AnonymousGuestDear Prash:
I didn’t understand what you meant in “taking a reader through their childhood experiences… through your own experiences”- did you mean to express that I have been taking the reader through my childhood experience, not his or her?

Think I mistyped it. What I meant was you seem to be able to do it because of your own experiences.
July 25, 2018 at 1:23 pm #218711AnonymousGuestDear Prash:
I understand. To answer your question, “Have you been able to forgive completely and let go?” I will need to understand two more things. These are: what do you mean by “forgive completely” and by “let go”.
These are words/ terms people often use, but it means different things for different people. To answer you, Prash, I need to know what these terms mean to you personally.
I need to be away from the computer; will be back in about fifteen hours. Looking forward to read from you when I am back. Take good care of yourself.

The purpose of life is to discover your gift; the work of life is to develop it; and the meaning of life is to give your gift away” David Viscott. I think make the most of life so you will leave behind no regrets, take opportunities and not ruminating what might have been. In the face of negativity, don’t let it get you down and focus on your goals and own happiness to become successful.
