My son takes a step. The body cries. There is no i to stop it.

    This is Absolute.

Love burns, melts without the self.

    A child sang.
    The sky did not answer.
    Laughter rose,
    Tears followed.
    The wind carried both.

    Breath moved.
    The body opened.
    No watcher or watched.
    Echoed.

    The hush before form.
    No name.
    No center.
    Only the turning.
    A child sang.

    Dear James:

I am the wave AND the ocean, am I not?

I mean, the ocean (the Source, Love) is many little waves, all temporary, but still.. waves (individual people like me and you).

We are the ocean and we are waves, James-wave, Anita-wave, Peter-wave. This is why we sound different: different styles of expressing, different intensities.. different waves..?

    Dear Anita,

Only way to be one with everything, letting go to anything and everything you have, not physically (such as sell your house, leave your job or leave your family or do not take care of the body), but mentally, completely know that none of it belongs to you. Then you inevatibly dissolve, which is total surrendering.

No knowledge can pass trough there, because knowledge belongs to mind, which is your identity.

    Dear James:

Thank you for answering me 🙂

Total surrendering is then to experience a knowing that transcends or go beyond the rational (knowledge), a knowing that there’s ocean, there’s no “I”

I just felt it (the above), and my mind wants to make sense of it, to say or argue that “I” exists, only this existence is temporary.

But then, going back to how it felt a moment ago (taking a moment, pausing the thinking, listening to the trees, the wind).. I find myself wanting that feeling again. There was peace in it.

I wonder if it feels like peace/ quiet to you, James? Peter? Anyone else?

    Dear Anita,

In total surrendering, experience is there yet doesn’t belong to you.

For me, day and night, sleeping or being awake is identical.

    Dear James:

Thank you once again for your answer. The surrendering you’re talking about is not something I experienced. I am just a Beginner when it comes to surrendering the “I”.

Anytime you’d like to share more about Surrendering, please do. I would like to read 🙏

    🤍 Anita
