What is holding me back from letting go? I think it’s still feeling unsafe, like I’m a fugitive running away from the people in my past.

MarcParticipantI’ve realized that I need a balance between wallowing and ignoring feelings. (This is less of me giving advice and more of trying to learn what I should do, though it’s both.)
