    When I am anxious I always have a strong physical response (like a knot in the stomach). Breathing exercises and a daily mantra help me to be proactive in dealing with whatever life throws my way. 🙂

    Though it takes a keen eye and is not for the faint of heart, I have found some great local jobs from craigslist. You have to be careful that the job is real (look up company beforehand, never give the company money etc) and you have to check the postings every day because so many people respond to jobs. Craigslist is great for admin/clerical jobs, and I have found some interesting writing internships to boost my resume from it. 🙂

    Oh I love Italy! I could not pick a favorite city. I have to say my favorite city in the world is London, but my happiest feeling of being came from living in Vancouver for a few months during the Fall.

    I am grateful for my students and their trusting me with preparing them for the business world and their assignments.

    I am also thankful for the rain, the cuddle weather 🙂
