I am glad that some of my suggestions resonated with your being. I had to meditate a little on what you wrote in your last post.
When you say that you didn’t grieve when grandma passed away suddenly, is that in a good way or sad way ? Do you think your heart was crying and still is but your logic mind prevents you from going through the grieving process ? And the prolonged sickness, which led to current phobias suggest that you had a conflict between your inner and outer being for quite sometime over something. Can you make sense of this ? Are you trying to be someone whom you are not ? Are you constantly killing your desires and have been doing it for sometime ? Either way, I can assure you that your grandma is around and watching over you and your loved ones. I think she wants you to be happy and become stronger and enjoy life. She is happy in her own existence and wishes the same for you. I have offered prayers for her on your behalf 🙂
If the root chakra you tube meditation resonates with you then can you also try the heart chakra one (4th). Fill yourself with heaps of love and be in love with yourself. There is no one more special than Deborah in this world as you are one and only one.
May you find what your heart is seeking and emerge stronger and brighter each day 🙂 love to your beautiful kids.

I will share my perspective on this issue and see if it resonates with your being. You sound like a young soul from the post 🙂
– people are going to be inconsistent in their behaviours until they are quite spiritually advanced. This means that it takes a lot of self awareness and mindfulness practice before someone can stop having a herd mentality and accept everyone as they are. You will find that people will misbehave, gossip, bitch, pass judgments at a drop of a hat if given a choice. This is how many of us have been brought up in our current society. We are not comfortable in our own skin and hence, we try to see everyone in the same light. Solution for you : accept that people are who are they and you wont be able to please someone for too long except yourself. The only person who should matter to you is YOU. Once you are comfortable in your skin, you wont care about what anyone eats, thinks, does, says etc. You will get better at this with time so dont be hard on yourself.
– we all wish to be part of the various social groups around us. This is our innate need and it is hard to change. Our DNA is wired for this :). So enjoy yourself in whichever group you wish to engage with. Girls and boys are not too different when they mingle. Boys gossip and bitch in their own ways and girls do it in their own ways but we all do it. Remember, we are the same species at the end of the day. What is important is that you are able to be YOU in any situation or environment. With practice, it becomes easier again. When you are more authentic yourself, you will be surprised at how many other people will be inspired by your authenticity and will start to be themselves around you. People are often pretentious as they fear rejection and judgment from others around them. Once you accept everyone as they are, there is no fear of rejection then, is there ?
– Office politics occur in every workplace on this earth. When you have 2 or more humans under the same roof, there will be politics. The question is – do you want to be part of it or do you want to be aware of it and do your work with passion and full commitment ? I have learnt to follow the second principle regarding work politics. If you are going to be part of it, you will not be at peace in your mind if you are a conscious person ( someone who doesnt enjoy backstabbing, ego stroking, power play etc). However, by being aware that there is politics and who is involved in it, you can use the information to your advantage in an ethical manner and still be part of the bigger organisation and its vision.
I wish you all the best in your journey. You are worth it. Keep doing the great work and keep becoming more YOU in every situation and environment.

You have obviously come out of your darker moments and emerged stronger and brighter 🙂 Now you are able to share your light with the rest, which hopefully @minismita will be able to do shortly too. I understand that you are a student of medicine – practicing student or a real student? Unfortunately, learning never stops either in medicine or in this life, eh ? lol. I hope that you are practicing meditation everyday to charge your battery. You must come in contact with so many different types of energies and they will always try to deplete you but meditation will keep you on top of them. I am sorry for your suffering. I will provide a different and detailed perspective here (mostly spiritual), which may or may not resonate with you at this stage. Feel free to come back to it in a few days time when you are in a more positive frame of mind. I sensed a state of desperation from your words, which can often hinder any potential progress when it comes to dealing with fears or negative thought patterns. I am glad that you have embraced mindfulness 🙂
We, human beings, are made up of energy and inter connected to everything and everyone at an universal level. We are immensely powerful and can achieve anything on this planet. According to science as well, our cells are composed of atoms, which provide the electrical and magnetic charge and they are all vibrating at differing frequencies.
When we have fears or phobias, we are vibrating at a predominantly negative frequency. Like energy attracts like. The more power you give to negative energy, stronger it becomes. The more power you give to positive energy and more powerful it becomes. Positivity brings us into a state of bliss and contentment and keeps us close to our higher self. Negative energy brings us into a state of desperation, unhappiness, guilt, fear and anything, which takes our power away. All of us need a balance of these energies to keep us functioning well during our temporary existence on this planet just like the nature. Everything is nicely balanced in the nature and occurring in its own rhythm as long as the humans do not intervene or disturb this balance.
What determines as to what frequency we will vibrate at ? Everything that gives rise to our thoughts determines our vibrating frequency. Our thoughts make us who we are. Thought is also an energy. When we see a sad news, we create thoughts which are predominantly sad and fearful. These thoughts produce a feeling and emotion and we start acting out according to our emotions. For example: we may cry, we may become recluse, we may lose concentration at work etc. Not everyone reacts the same way. Some are not affected by any sad or bad news.
Repeated thoughts or routine thoughts form a neuro pathway in our sub conscious brain and become our belief system. For example – repeated thoughts that tell us that we are not good enough lead to a semi- permanent belief system – I am not good enough or No one loves or cares about me. When these belief systems become part of our daily living, they create constant such feelings and emotions and help us to form our personality. Our personality helps us to act out in a certain way and often on an auto pilot. We start behaving as if no one loves us and often lack happiness, peace and contentment in our interactions with others. We are also constantly bombarded with situations, which keep confirming the same that we are not good enough.
So where do these belief systems or repeated thoughts take birth ? Often during our childhood or when our system goes through an immense shock or a state of disbelief. A state where we have no control over our feelings or emotions. If our parents repeatedly tell us that we are going to be alone or miserable in the future, you will be surprised at how often this will come true. Our belief systems become our self-fulfilling prophecy. This is the reason why some people are so prosperous and successful in life, while the rest continue to struggle with even simple things in life. It all depends on our recurrent thoughts or belief system.
In your case, you have a semi-permanent belief system etched in your sub conscious about sickness. So your body starts to act out on an auto pilot when such a trigger occurs. Unfortunately, the more times you act out on an auto-pilot, the stronger this belief system will become. In my personal experience, there is often an initial trigger, which leads to these uncontrollable fears or phobias. Can you recall the first time you developed these symptoms or if anything happened in the 6-12 months prior to these symptoms (that left your system in a state of shock or disbelief in terms of emotions) ? If you can recall that incident, half your work will be done as you will be able to send some positive energy to that incident and forgive yourself for being in pain for this long. Keep doing it until that incident doesn’t invoke any negativity in your being.
Now coming back to the energy part – every time you develop these symptoms or go into a panic mode when someone around you is sick, you send out a negative energy. I am not too worried about anyone else except for your kids who are receiving this energy on a routine basis. Can you imagine what impact this will have on them ? Unknowingly and unwillingly, they are soaking this energy. This energy will help create negative thoughts in their little minds, which in turn will create limiting belief system for these kids in the near future. You are helping to create their personality for them unconsciously. Can you see the connection ? Many times, we do things without understanding their consequences or effects. This is what our parents may have done for us but hey no one knew better at that time. Now that we are aware of such a connection, we should be more mindful and practice conscious living.
Whats the worst that can happen if you get sick ? You will be sick, you may be bed ridden or may need to go to hospital. In the worst case scenario, you may develop a disability or even die. Those are potential things that may or may not happen. However, your constant juggle with an over active and fearful mind is causing you problems every second in your life and is also impacting on the people around you. Is it worth it ?
What you need to do is to work on your thoughts and become aware of them. Become like a video camera, which records a film but doesn’t do anything else. It just watches the film without asking yeh or neh questions. We are very much like that. Our world around us is like a film that we have been engaged in watching thanks to some super power who has created this universe.The moment we start to interfere or speculate, we get into trouble. Have faith in the super power to look after you and your needs. Life could have been much worse living in another part of the world but the Universal power (YOU) didn’t choose that for your being. Why are you then making such a poor choice for yourself and others ? Only you can let go of your fears or poor choices. No one else can do this for you. There are various tools that may assist you in this process such as EFT, energy healing, acupuncture, reiki, chakra healing, hypnotherapy, CBT etc.
I would like to suggest the following:
– if you are bound by anxiety most of the day then I suggest that you see a local dr and see if you will benefit from an anti anxiety med. Many times when we are constantly in a negative or fearful state of mind, it creates a chemical imbalance in the brain and these meds help to sort that out. They do not cure the problem or get rid of fears or phobias. You still need to work on your thoughts for that.
– Susan Jeffers (who has left the body) has done an excellent recording of positive self-affirmations on a CD that you can purchase. When you listen to this short recording every day for atleast 21 days, you will start to see a positive difference in your mindset. Her voice produces powerful positive vibrations and you will benefit from that. The name of the CD is called – inner talk for a confident day.
– Meditation : helps to charge our batteries. The world around us constantly interacts with our energies and we become depleted very quickly. Just like any phone. If you keep using the phone without charging, you know what happens. The you tube below is quite useful for balancing root chakra – which often holds a lot of fears and phobias. You can trial all the individual chakra meditation through the same you tube channel but start first with root, followed by 2nd to 7th chakras, they move upwards. Emile has done the meditations individually, which is great. You dont need to do anything else except for close your eyes and instruct the divinity (universal power) to bring white light to these chakras. Over few days, you will feel a new positive change in yourself.– pls forgive yourself every morning for all the pain that you may have caused unknowingly or knowingly. When you do this, you will be more mindful the rest of the day.

I had to meditate on this issue for a little while to figure out a response, which may resonate with you. I will provide an answer based on my spiritual knowledge.
I am so glad that you have defeated your guilt (and shame if you feel it that way) and shared your concerns openly. There is nothing wrong in having excess of energy as long as it is not causing you grief or emotional stress. However, in your case, it may be and you would like to deal with this energy in a better way. This is a great achievement for you as your inner being realises that humans are much more spiritually advanced than animals.
According to my learning, each human being is composed of an equal masculine and feminine energy. When each energy is balanced like yin and yang, life is good and filled with contentment. Needs and desires are met in a balanced way and there are no physical /mental /emotional ailments. When one of the energy is imbalanced (regardless of high or low), it starts to create havoc in our body at some level. This is where chakra healing or reiki or energy healing come to play. We can’t see this energy or chakras but someone who can read auras will be able to diagnose as to which energy centre or chakra is imbalanced. Often, in my experience, most people have imbalance of first, second and third chakra. These bottom 3 chakras determine our survivability on this planet. With the help of a spiritual teacher, we can access higher chakras and evolve as a spiritual being in a true sense.
According to my spiritual knowledge, feminine energy imbalance can occur when a woman feels repressed, suppressed, not loved, cheated, harbouring guilt or shame of some sort. It can also occur in beings who have been sexually abused or in women who have unresolved issues with their mothers or mother like figures (such as earth).
All the suggestions given above by @tsuki and @amatt are excellent. I would like to add one more suggestion to it if you would be kind enough to try it for a few days. Attached is a link of meditation for 2nd chakra. You don’t need to do anything except for close your eyes when the singing bowls make noise and focus on your sacral chakra. Send healing and loving white light to it. Over some days, you should feel a positive change. You may even feel the difference after first session. It it works, you can try the tune up chakra meditation by the same guy on his you tube channel or do individual chakra meditations. The other options are to see a energy healer or a Chinese acupuncturist (they are good at regulating the flow of qi, energy).
My teacher told me that when feminine energy is imbalanced, it is usually a sign to suggest that there is a spiritual awakening occurring. Like Matt said, let the energy flow upwards rather than below the navel. That way, you will keep progressing on your spiritual journey and not get sucked back into what an ordinary person might be indulging in to get on top of usual desires.
If spiritual path is not what you seek, then ignore above. There is nothing to be shameful about having excessive energy. Enjoy every experience on this earth with an open heart. You are still as awesome as ever 🙂

I am sure many others will provide a loving and insightful responses to your questions when they go through your post.
I will provide my perspective here, which may or may not resonate with you: our intuition or gut feelings are stronger than any intellect in this world. In your case, what I pick up (both in terms of energy and words) is that you feel uncomfortable around her, she doesn’t bring out the best in you and you do not have the energy to deal with her. The answer is simple if you trust your guts: leave it at that until you are ready to deal with this friendship from your higher self (ie when you don’t feel uncomfortable, not walking on egg shells or not feeling so negative about this relationship). Be yourself and appreciate yourself for what your gut is telling you.
Sometimes accepting situations and people as they are is the best form of remedy. With time, if you are meant to be great friends, universe will create the circumstances for that and you will be glad for listening to your gut today and then 🙂

After reading your 7 posts on different forum topics started in the last 2 months by yourself suggest one thing to me : no one on TB forum seems to be understanding your issues or the answer that you seek is not being provided by anyone on the forum. Either way, it is a difficult situation that you are facing. My personal experience tells me that unless you change your mindset from “WHY” to “HOW”, there is no one who will be able to assist you to get out of the situation you find yourself in many arenas of your existence.
“Why me, why that, why this ?” etc needs to become “How can I change things around for myself” . When you do that, I assure you that the universal forces will come together and assist you in changing your circumstances for the better. If you don’t believe me, why don’t you try it ?
Many a times we get stuck in the rut as it becomes easier to blame everything and everyone around us rather than take responsibility for our own life or actions. Sometimes, there is a pay off for staying in such circumstances such as getting sympathy from people or a need to feel like a victim. If you are purely attention seeking or need to kill time on TB then I rest my case here. However, if you are serious about changing your life for the better then I recommend that you take some time out of your schedule to listen to BK Shivani once. Like yourself, she is an Indian and you will be able to relate to her as she is a professional as well. She is a young and vibrant spiritual teacher who travels widely across the world to help people out with deciphering life’s dilemmas in a simple manner. She also teaches meditation but doesn’t follow any particular religion or faith. I think that if her simplicity resonates with yourself then you won’t need to ask anyone else for help with anything ever. You can upload her videos on you tube and you can google her as well if it makes it easier for you.
Good luck and I sincerely hope that you will take an action to bring more positivity in your life. Do remember that the more times that we write a negative life story on paper or on forums, the more difficult it becomes to initiate a positive change in life as we start to form a neuropathway of miseries in the subconscious brain and then that belief system becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I am sorry to hear that you are not able to experience the real beauty of our existence.
Look, it appears you are very insightful from your post. If you could do only one thing to make things better for yourself, then can you pls let go of what mom said in your childhood. That limiting and unnecessary belief is creating havoc in your life and has become a self fulfilling prophecy. We become what we think about the most and that belief has made a semi permanent home in your subconscious. Unfortunately, many times our own loved ones help us to create miseries in our lives for whatever reasons.
Forgive yourself for falling a victim and forgive others for making you a victim. No one knew any better at that time.
Now things are better and you are in control of your life and destiny.
Hypnotherapy or an EFT session with a good practitioner may help with getting rid of your limiting beliefs.
Your life is going to become more beautiful from now on. You just need to give yourself a chance to be kind to yourself.

All of us have limiting beliefs and they usually become part of us during childhood and we keep building on them throughout our lives.
Basically, a simple way of identifying them would be to review your thought pattern and seeing if there are any areas of your life where you are less than exceptional such as in school, career, relationships, friendships etc .
We are as unique as it gets in this world. If your parents decided to create another one of you, they wouldn’t be successful. We are all created equally at an universal consciousness level but for many of us, when we grow up in a certain environment with a certain upbringing, we evolve from the being most unique exceptional being to a mediocre individual. The thing which helps us become a mediocre are our limiting beliefs, which stem from our repetitive or routine thoughts. Thoughts arise from everything under the sun from the type of food we eat, to the type of air we breathe, to the type of people we hang out with. We are constantly bombarded with thoughts – mostly negative and some positive, which lead us to form neuro pathways in our subconscious brain called belief system. These eventually become our personality and we start to carry out our daily living activities on an auto-pilot.
Some of the limiting beliefs are: I dont deserve happiness; I am not good enough; life is meant to be a struggle; I need to work hard to make a living; Everyone is out to get me; stress is normal; peace is only for the saints; I need to hold on to money otherwise it disappears quickly; i am not intelligent enough like tom, rick or harry; i can’t achieve a certain level of success in my career etc. The list goes on.
The beliefs that all of us SHOULD have from birth but often dont are – I am loved; I am as good as anyone else; life is fun; there is enough for everyone on this planet; i am peaceful, loving, powerful, content; everyone is helping me achieve what I need to achieve to lead a positive life; success comes easy to me; i am surrounded by healthy relationships; i have excellent health; everything is possible in this world if i put my mind to it etc
Can you see the difference ?
It all comes down to our thoughts. What are you thinking about the most ?

As I read your post, one soul came into my mind, who can assist you. Susan Jeffers. If you can get her book, “feel the fear and do it anyway”, you might find it very useful not only for current circumstances but for future as well.
If I were you, I would only focus on myself. Forget about helping others or giving to others for the moment. Until your battery is fully charged with positive emotions, you wont be able to charge others adequately. You will keep hitting roadblocks and making yourself less happy.
Just learn to provide love and care to your inner being. Life will unfold beautifully for you as my inner self tells me that.

What a beautiful wisdom you hold within your being. “No one cares”. In the true essence of this adult life, that is so right and will be until the last second of this human existence.
We can only care about ourself. No one else can be our best friend or well wisher except for self. Perhaps, the difficult experiences have been put into your life to learn this quickly and emerge stronger and better.
When you start caring for self and loving yourself, every thing around you will change and then suddenly everyone will start caring and loving you as well. But hey, then it wont matter because you would have found who “talia” is and what she is capable of. You will be able to share your light with others then and become an instrument for the Universe to share its love with the rest of the earthlings.
