@simpleal @smart thank you both so much for your kind words. It seems like a never ending battle sometimes and true recovery and happiness just don’t feel like an attainable goal. Today however , i am feeling positive so I have decided to just roll with it and not wait for the other shoe to drop like I normally do . I don’t know if I ever mentioned what I do for a living but I work in health care in an emergency room. I have had this job for the past 7 years now. I often feel (when I am thinking clearly) that taking care of ppl worse off then myself , sick, and sometimes dying,is the “purpose in my life” that you were mentioning.. thanks again for listening my ramble . It feels good to have my feelings validated

@simpleal well I don’t know where to start . I am 27 years old and have been trying to recover from my eating disorder for 2 years now. I am in the the process of relapsing. Bad actually . I don’t feel like I have the strength to fight it . I have been battling depression since I was a child . I don’t have a supportive family at all . My mother and I are buddies but sometimes I need a mom and I don’t get that from her 🙁 when we argue ( and it’s a lot ) the things she says to me is just awful .everything us just kinda crazy right now . Overwhelming . I’m sad . Not happy with the way my life has turned out . I try not to be woe is me but it’s hard

Hi! 🙂 you are busy busy busy! Anxiety and stress can be so crippling . It’s so hard to take time for yourself while you are in so school, working and taking care of children BUT taking some time for you is so important for your sanity . Even if it’s at the end of the night for a little while. Personally , I enjoy bubble baths with lavender ! Doesn’t sound like much but it’s so relaxing .also I enjoy knitting and crocheting abd believe it or not that calms me Down tremendously . Find something you enjoy. It’s easy to get lost in life abd your busy going and going then BAM. TAKE care love.
