    I live in Dubai and people are rude here ! Hang in there I am from California don’t take so personally life is to short to be mad or upset . Brush it off and know you’re respected !

    Hello. ! I understand that you binge when you get emotional but you must start with the root of the problem , why am I doing this all the time ? How I can I avoid doing his ? Who can I go for help ? I have that urge at times to buy a bag of Doritos when I clearly know they do nothing for me except gaining weight I fought off and calories ! I always remind myself that ” if it’s bad for you don’t do it ! I know it’s easy said than done but it’s a mental thing you have to be strong at

    I have my FB but had to do a spring cleaning and wiped out people who I thought were being negative , jealous , catty, etc. I don’t have time for that non sense as a 31 married woman I have learned that people who care about your happiness will be there and will only want the best for you. Do not waste your time on negative people who don’t have anything nice to say. Why be around that ? Be around people who lift you up ! If you haven’t yet , listen to Dr. Wayne Dyer and read Pastor Rick Warrens book ” purpose driven life ” I always talk about these two people cause they know what there talking about and it’s about life! Hope that helps keep your head strong and don’t take anyone’s crap either ! ( I guess I am kinda a tough cookie)

    Hi Libby, I have anxiety at times haven’t had a break down in a while thank goodness. I recommend reading Pastor Rick Warrens Book ” The purpose Driven Life” why on earth are we here for ? Wonderful read and tells the truth on every aspect of life , worrying , feeling sad, lonely . It’s a good read and recommend it to anyone . Hope you feel better soon. PS since I have started running that has helped a lot ! Any form of cardio will do

    I am married and am independent which I always have been , I believe that is a key to a good marriage you don’t want to be a wife who always complains and is unhappy. Don’t feel afraid to be you . If your husband loves you he will accept you . I find it that when I do my own thing weather it’s fitness or just hanging out with friends he misses me ! Ha ha so cute. I adore him for that. Never loose who you are and what you want to be in life cause that is what makes a unique you ! I read pastor Rick warrens book ” a purpose driven life ” he talked about people having insecurities and lies and loving people etc. excellent book to read to get some positive vibes coming your way and he talks truth .     I have done three 10k marathons here while living in Dubai in no form shape would I say I am in top shape but I am lean and weight 116 and used to weigh 124! It’s very hard to stay in shape the struggle is real ! I always say to people take your time about fitness it’s hard work but a lot of it is mentally and if you can hack it four times a week, stay positive and challenge yourself everyday as you only live once and your health is important . I am not a fitness trainer nor do I know everything but I do know one thing is that I refuse to let go of myself in a way that I would not be happy within myself. I started out slowly running about 10 mins then went on to do weight training and cardio more etc. four times a week. I honestly can say is that, it has helped me to be better at running and as far for eating I write down what I need for my body not what I want ( junk food, chips, salty sugar cereals ) try steaming brown rice in a rice cooker along with cut up veggies like squash, carrots etc. and cook oven baked chicken great healthy quick meal ! I hope this has helped anyone reading this. I am still learning new gym stuff and foods . Stay positive and don’t give up I know it’s hard but don’t !

    I always say how you are what you think , life isn’t easy specially when living aboard with your husband and finding your way in life but it’s easy to go down that spiral of negative emotions always think and know you are at your best and it could be worst . On a different note I recommend reading pastor Rick Warrens books ” The purpose driven life” I am not in no way into much of Jesus more of a spiritual person but the book is really good and only talks about why you’re on earth for . Just a recommendation if anyone needs a good book to read !
