Thanks …that was quite interesting………though i might add that the second, third and fourth stage needs an attitude towards achieving competence…..the second stage specially where one needs to accept the incompetence and be willing to address the deficit……
1. Just watch the evening sky when the stars are about to twinkle…..and that take very little effort….
2. clean a small corner of your own house…..it feels like removing the chaos from life
3. Just go and smile at a stranger…the return smile is so elevating
4. say thanks to god
I feel spiritual whenever I am able to get rid of the “I” in any situation……….it could be enjoying the rainbow whenever the skies are lit up,, or giving a lecture to my students where i am in connect with them, or even a lilting music that tends me away from me, ………..there are many ways to attain spirituality but in essence all of them melt away the “I”…….
spirituality is within us , residing inside all the time..the moment we remove the “I” it lights up!!!
