Students Raise Money to Send Cafeteria Worker to Disney World
Kathryn Thompson, a cafeteria worker at Elon University, touches students with her warmth and openness, but none so much as Taylor Zisholtz and Lucy Smith-Williams.
After learning she dreamed of taking her family to Disney World, and had never left her hometown, the two students launched a fundraising campaign to make Kathryn’s dream come true.
