Hi everyone – I’ve been thinking about partaking in an ayahuasca ceremony sometime this year. This has been on my mind for some time and I’ve done some research on the medicine so I feel I kind of have an understanding on what to expect, but I would like some advice or experiences from all of you. I am going with the intention to better understand myself – the good and the bad so I can hopefully address my flaws that are deeply rooted that I may not see. I understand that this is not a cure all medicine, but instead a tool just as we would use meditation, learning, being in nature, etc for our Self. Please share your experiences and retreats that you suggest. Thank u!
