I was doing a loving kindness meditation a couple days ago and Anita on this site crossed my mind. It has been so long since I made my first post here it may have been almost 10years now I’m not sure. Regardless I just wanted to extend a thank you to Anita. When I was in my 20s and struggling with my mental health Anita was one of the people who was always willing to support me through this site. Your words have been so impactful to me over the years especially through hard times when I had no one else to turn to, I am grateful. Thanks to Anita and a few other mentors in my life I have been able to pay it forward through my work as a therapist, and hope I can continue to channel the same compassionate energy that was given to me by a random stranger on the internet who happens to be one of the wisest people I have ever met.
