Good Morning, Today is Day 4 and my morning workout is complete .
December 22, 2022 at 6:43 am #412325AnonymousInactiveDear Anita,
Im going to take it one long term healthy commitment at a time . Daily fitness 1st .
My mother was the first person that died that I was close to . I miss the support she gave me . Despite everything else . This will be my second long term commitment a healthy goodbye or just healthy acceptance that she has passed .
My son the doctors told me that he would eventually pass since he was about age 2 so I knew it would eventually happened I just didn’t know when . I tried to mentally prepare myself but it still hurt . My mom died in her sleep , I wasn’t prepared . I didn’t get to say goodbye or anything .
The healthy version of me is valuable to myself and everyone around me .

Good morning to you, and CoNgRaTuLaTiOnS for Day 4 of your completed workout!!!
I am impressed that you added a second long-term commitment: “a healthy goodbye or just healthy acceptance that she has passed“- your mother has passed, but your love for her hasn’t passed. When you say a healthy goodbye to her, take comfort in the fact that your Healthy Love for her is very much Alive.
You are a strong, caring and loving person, and indeed your statement is true: “The healthy version of me is valuable to myself and (to) everyone around me“!

What you wrote right above is the nicest, loveliest, most wonderful thing I ever read. As I read it, my mouth opened up in wonder… wow! I can’t believe that I deserve these words, but I will take them in anyhow, just as I want you to take in my words. Thank you so much!!!
As a full time high school teacher (two years), I taught primarily life-science (biology) and math. As a part time for many years, I taught all kinds of subjects, one favorite was English Literature.
