In first, sorry for my bad english. I’m french.
I want to share a little bit my story . I’m a incest survivor, I was abused for 13 years ( 10-23) by my father. He is a violent and sort of sociopath, he can’t feel any emotion… I lived in heel, and i’m still living in hell. I just finish my law school in september 2017 and i have no money. My mom kick me out because she doesn’t want loose government Benefits since november 2017…
I lived 1 week in street, after I beg her to helps me beccause i didn’t want to be a homeless, i just finish law school ! I worked hard all my life !! I was terrified
So she finds “a solution”, I live in appartment’s father, he doesn’t live here ( thanks god) but with her. But ofc, he terrified me, he wants all my money ( governement benefits ) and he threatens me, sexual harrasment etc almost every day ! He came to his appart almost everyday !
I’m looking for a job and find another place to live !
I struggle with depression two times in my life. In november, i wasn’t feel good, i was depressed, cried every day, suicidal thoughts etc. I had many problems ( bank account closed, bc my ID is expired etc..) no money for buy food etc
Now things get better but I have to leave !
I meditate every day, sometimes 2 times /day and I do yoga everyday since 1 week. I already feel better, I walk in the wood, I’m eating healthy food etc
I want to feel better in my mind and my body, I want to survive..I know that I need to go in therapy, but now, I can’t do it. I have to escape my toxic environement …
Can you give me tips for meditation ? I’m a beginner. I’m listening to spotify playlist : meditate/yoga by thejauntforckandhm. it’s really good and help me alot, i’m reading article from this website etc but i want to learn how meditate in a better way…

A sad and disturbing story, very disturbing reading that you are still in contact with this terrible man and terrible woman, your father and mother.
I am so sorry you are in the situation you are in.
I don’t have a meditation for you. I believe that your first priority by far has to be to get away from these two individuals. And I don’t mean living on the streets. There must be a place for you to get away to, some shelter, some place were neither one of these two people will know about, so that they can not reach you.
Nothing else matters more. Your current safety needs to be taken care of.

I have to find a job in first and (it’s not easy)then found an appartment. I need meditation and yoga to give the strengh and get stronger mentally and physically. Meditation help me to keep living. …
I have no friends, only me …
It’s why I ask for good tips.

I went online and researched shelters in France. Here is one website I came across: www. counselinginfrance . com/ WHERE TO/ violence. htm (no spaces)
There is a listing there of possible sources of help in France. One is: 15, bd Parc Imperial, 06000 Nice, France.

This center, it reads, provides among other things counseling, information, legal assistance and shelter.
Your online access as well as libraries in France can offer you better information about organizations available for women suffering from abuse, most needed now is shelter.
Since your father is still sexually harassing you and threatening you, there is probably legal action you can take, or that can be taken for you. Being a recent graduate of law school in France, you must be skilled at researching for information to help sufferers of abuse, as well as taking legal action against perpetrators.
I hope you do find the meditations of your liking once you are safe.

Thank you for your answer. I don’t want to be homeless so I can’t take legal action.
I’m asking about tips meditation, i can take care about myself. i’m alone since i’m 10 so I know how to survive.

Also the one posted by Peter is good.
All the steps in the above link are easy to understand and self-explanatory.
