I’m about to take off in minutes to head to my domicile, to begin my 3 week work/travel trip. I’m definitely a little sad because I know my mom and my roommate are going to miss me a lot. They always hate it when I have to leave home. While I was home I slept a lot and caught up on sleep. I always have a heavy heart when I leave my loved ones behind. 🙁 Thanksgiving was great but after I ate a little, I needed to go home and sleep a couple hours and then made an appearance at a friends house at almost 9pm and I didn’t leave her house until almost midnight. It’s now 6am and my plane is about to take off, as I sit here writing you all. Hope you all had a wonderful Thursday/holiday – Most importantly, I hope it was a peaceful day and evening.
Sending you all s bunch of love & light!

If it makes you feel any better, that feeling seems to be universal. Whenever our DD has to leave home after a holiday, she sits in our bedroom to hang out ~ and then she breaks down crying!! I want to yell at her, “So don’t spend five months away from home next time!” but I don’t, of course!
Think of it as a good problem to have ~ you and your family love each other! I wish it could be the same for everyone!!
Blessings,
Inky

Yes, I suppose it is a good thing. This is my post Thanksgiving plus, I suppose, having spent it alone, there is no sadness the day after. But your situation is preferable and I would have taken having had a GOOD relationship with my original family, specifically my mother, anytime over the bad relationship that it was, and be sad the day after !
Looking forward to your next post and until then, be well!

You’re fired.
November 27, 2015 at 6:36 pm #88425AnonymousGuest* Dear Reader:
loveliness is my tiny buddha stalker. Yes, I have a stalker. She has taken on the job of following me around this forum with negative commentary like the above. I never had a stalker before, how interesting.

yeah I’ve read some of her posts. I don’t mind weird but not nasty weird. She sure is projecting some of her issues. And those issues must be monstrous!November 27, 2015 at 6:46 pm #88429AnonymousGuest* Well, Jack, now that I have my own stalker (I am almost proud, never had one before), it will be interesting how much attention my stalker thinks I deserve… I almost feel like a celebrity, having my own stalker.
