    Dear lexy99:

Glad you are back to your thread with an update.

From time to time your anxiety will go up. At times it is lower. Manage your life best you can so to keep your anxiety lower, manageable. You already decided that you don’t want a management position because you don’t want to think about work on your days off. You don’t want great responsibilities at work. Keep your life as simple as possible, then, take on a small challenge at a time, instead of taking on a big challenge and getting overwhelmed.

I am suggesting taking on a small challenge at a time so to stretch your tolerance of stress but wisely, a bit at a time, gradually, the only way to succeed long term.

Generally, day to day its fine, in fact its getting alot better. Just the next few weeks especially and then a few more after that are going to be stressful. I could end up with a disappointed boss or i could end up having a disciplinary. I know its really not long but i finally settled down a bit and its all coming back up right near the end. Plus i have alot to do in not long so cant really do one small challenge at a time

    Dear lexy99:

Well, getting a lot better is a good, good thing. Hope you manage this stressful time ahead with as much calm as you can practice.
