Hi All,
I have had all the signs of my root chakra being blocked for years. Moving around, money issues, all the signs. I’m starting to feel as if my energy is coming onto the people I love. My ex had a very good job and was very well off when we first started dating. After months of being with me he quit, didn’t work, his car got re-possessed, etc. My best friend was always well off and now she is struggling with money. My current boyfriend was well off when we met and now he is also struggling with money.
Has anyone ever seen this happen? I know that walking alone in nature, yoga poses, crystals will help, but how will I know when my chakra is balanced. Would you recommend seeing a specialist to balance them or do you think yoga, mediation, nature is beneficial enough.
Thank you & sending love

You are not responsible for other people’s financial situation – you cannot fix them by fixing your chakras. The easiest way to rebalance your root chakra is to affirm to yourself “I belong on Earth” and imagine the color red moving up through your feet and legs and into your groin area.

The second Chakra would be the will to pleasure and the third the will to power. The first three Chakra’s or objective with the focus on the outer world.
Chakra four is the heart as the focus moves inward, five the will to power directed inward as mastering the self, six will to pleasure transform as love inward and expanded, seven unification – problem of opposites.
We tend to move from Chakra to Chakra, perhaps even within a single breath. Unless you are really negative, controlling and demanding of those you care about follow the rules and provide for you I don’t think your stuck at the root Chakra.
I didn’t get that impression from what I read. Continue on being the change you wish to see and the money issue will change

I have to disagree with Peter on his descriptions of the Chakras. The chakras are there, they are part of us, and they cannot in themselves be negative. They are spinning wheels that co-relate to each other as energy passes through the crown chakra at its highest vibration, becoming slower with each successive chakra, the root chakra being the lowest vibration.
The base chakra (root) is about belonging. Belonging with your family (roots) or belonging on Earth (gravity). It covers the density of our bodies – teeth, nails, bones. People who aren’t grounded (earthed) i.e. root chakra out of balance are “all over the place”. This resonates to the color red.
The second chakra is the creative chakra – it is about creating life, or creating what we want in our life. By it’s nature, it covers sexuality and the water (flowing) element. This resonates to the color orange.
I hope this helps.

Why would you be different from all the other millennials out there? It seems ALL young people of this generation are having money problems.
I blame the crash of 2008. Not your chakras.
Get a job, live within your means, and do your best.
That’s all you can ask of yourself.
Best,
Inky
