My legs are beginning to give out due to years of walking on flat feet? I pace back and forth due to it’s my Autistic Stem. I am very afraid both legs are now Arthritic and wonder what I can do as I approach 40 to slow down the decay. I can’t leave of my legs straight to long because it will become hard to bend.

I also need more energy due to my coffee was reduced which I was using a stimulate to slow my thoughts (stimulates have that effect in autistic people.)

I need to exercise more as I’m slightly overweight.

What would be the best methods and plan, right now every time I go in the bathroom in my group home to take a a shower or brush my teeth I take a Jar, fill it with H2O and lift it 40 times with one arm and forty times with the other?

    What else should I do?
