Finding inspiration, especially for a writer, is sometimes very difficult. But I try to be inspired by simple things – a book, a film, the view outside the window, nature, people. It seems very simple, and the truth is, in fact, we often do not notice all that is beautiful that surrounds us and is our inspiration.

All people wonder how to find the life purpose. Be prepared for the fact that this may be completely unfamiliar to you. The only criterion for a real goal is that it should bring pleasure, from a process, result, communication, or cognition.
There is a good method that helped me once: try to be alone, grab a piece of paper, turn off your thoughts, and start writing down whatever comes to your mind. The bottom line is that when the real goal appears in front of you, there will be an emotional response.

Anxiety turns into anxiety disorder when it disrupts daily life. Knowing the physical and mental symptoms of anxiety will help you cope better. Only you can help yourself. Eat healthy food, reduce consumption of caffeine, alcohol. Physical activity helps relieve stress and tension.

Anxiety disorders can affect anyone at any age. Of course, the best thing for treatment is psychotherapy, because poor health also affects our well-being, it interferes with living a full life because of a sense of fear.
Breathing is a good practice to restore your emotional state. It is worth practicing different types of breathing practices as soon as you feel the experience. It is also very important to allow yourself to rest, balance is always important.

    Hi Jess,

I think this is a rather serious problem, since stress always has a reason, maybe some event in your life shocked you? In such a situation it is good to have an interesting hobby or do sports. Sometimes, it is difficult to force yourself, but if you enjoy it, then why not. Also, you can try to meditate: https://ivypanda.com/essays/meditation-as-a-way-to-alleviate-stress/
It will help you relax, feel your body and understand your thoughts.
But of course, it is better to consult a doctor.

First of all, happiness depends on us. Happiness is the result of our habits and outlook on life, a product of our labor. Only we can create our happiness. Therefore, it is only our choice to choose what makes us happy.

Everyone needs to strive for a healthy lifestyle and certainly nutrition. Diet is sometimes a dangerous thing, you need to eat a balanced meal. Here’s a good article on what food to eat: https://ivypanda.com/essays/the-best-food-for-consumption-and-six-nutrients/

There are days when you have to force yourself to get out of the chair and get on the bike. For all of us, motivation is the same: it is stronger, then weaker. Nothing will be more motivating to get on your bike than knowing you will be riding a 100 km ride in five weeks. Sign up for a bike tour while on vacation, for a great day bike trip. When you sometimes feel real laziness, some kind of fiction can help. Tell yourself that you will go outside and ride for 20 minutes, just to keep yourself busy.

Any job search should start with a good resume and CV. And of course, finding a job that will inspire you. I found a good article on what every candidate should ask in a job interview: https://ivypanda.com/blog/12-career-experts-on-questions-to-ask-in-a-job-interview/
Very useful, especially for those who are looking for a job now.
