    Dear Victoria,

    @ “First become stable then act”. You need to take in charge your mind, body, emotion and energy. Meditation is key to this, go ahead, you will see the result. Type of food u consume and consistent exercise will take care your body.

    @You cant control what is happening in the outside world, don’t bother much, otherwise you will be exhausted. You only can think  how you can contribute to the society, whichever way and in whatever scale.

    @Establish yourself, walk your path, u will get fulfillment.

    Dear Veronica,

    Since u understood that then it is easy to make progress. U may add in activities below in ur lifestyle:

    @ Meditate – to take in charge  ur mind, otherwise it will drag u everywhere. Quality and consistency of meditation is important than duration. Otherwise u wont see the result

    @ Go to nature – any activity with nature (outdoor), pay attention with everything (not limited to human) while u out there. The purpose is to make yourself realize the existence is vast than ur thoughts and emotion. At least make ur partial exercise as outdoor.

    @ Make solo travel – it will make u independent. You wont simply depend to anyone unless worth.

    @ Don’t pay attention – at least temporarily to whatever makes u depress. This is must to not feed ur mind for depression.

    @ Gardening – to get u in touch with life

    Hopefully this few activities helps you to find stability. No matter what u do consistency is very important to see the result.

    Dear Veronica:

    @ Your inner feeling is controlled by external people and circumstances. If we let this happen we always will be emotional slave to someone. Someone will determine whether we should happy or not.

    @ First you should stabilize yourself, turn inward. You can do this while u connected to other peoples.

    @ Don’t aspect for immediate result, It may take time. Take 1st step and keep continue.

    @ Priority should be given to yourself, focus on uplifting yourself.

    @ All the addiction resulted because “You” taking instruction from Mind, not Mind taking instruction from “You”. To out from addiction one need to take in charge of Mind. Meditate to have this capability.

    @ If you are looking for meaningful life and not pleasure seeking life then body is very important. If ur body get sick then u are finished, not all can be cured. This awareness should help you to quit smoking.

    Dear Veronica,

    @ Actually mind is master, emotion is just reflection. Emotion will be according to the thoughts/conclusion made by mind (U will clearly understand this when you capable to split yourself from body, mind, emotion and energy). Emotion will be different when your mind think as:- he is your lover, ex-lover, enemy, friend, – secured, threaten – comfortable, uncomfortable…etc. all will give different kind of emotion.  So you need to take in charge ur mind to take in charge ur emotion

    @ The key is turn inward, u always stick to this. Actually after some practice u will start to see the result, then yourself will walk the path.  There are lot of ways to do that.  You type turn inward in google. There are lot of guidance. U try and see which one is suitable and workable for you.

    @ My suggestion is you start go to nature, trekking/ hiking. Start with easy trail 1st. No music and avoid talking. Try ur best to pay attention to the surroundings, tree, flower, insect, people, clouds, birds…everything. Life will start to touch you, yourself will REALIZE something, stabilize yourself. Once you stabilize yourself, from there you will walk your path, joyfully, with and w/o people, wont be much issue.

    @ Love is actually your sweet emotional feeling, the person in front is just stimulant. If u know how to take in charge of your emotion you will keep it blissful even w/o stimulant.  You need to TURN INWARD to take in charge your emotion

    @ You always looking for other people because u feel not complete just by yourself. When you feel complete, full life, there will be no need to depend on other person. You need to TURN INWARD to become full life

    @ Above all, life is happening from within, so you need to TURN INWARD to realize it.

    @ Once you take in charge your life (Mind, Body, Emotion & Energy), relationship will become to share life moments and not to extract happiness.

    @ TURN INWARD, life will become so beautiful, with and w/o people.

    Dear Bella,

    By reading we get new information. By involvement we get experiential knowledge which is more profound.

    Book – The hearth of the Buddha’s teaching (can add if you don’t have)

    Experience – Suggest you to go to nature. Pay attention to sun, moon, ocean, air, tree, insects, birds, flowers, clouds, rain… everything. You will start to realize something by yourself. After that you can apply the gained knowledge into society.

    Dear Regi,

    It is very important how stable you are? If you know how to manage your mind and emotion, be stable whatever her reaction, positive/negative, then you can approach her 1 more time, last one. Keep the approach kind and clean, very important. If she don’t or give negative response then stay away from her. Don’t disturb her.

    If you are not stable, will be pulled down by her negative response then better don’t try anymore. Not good for both of you.

    If you are not seeking medical advice here then:

    Life is mostly beautiful but it become suffering because the way we conduct it. Human mechanism consist of Mind, Body, Emotion and Energy. Now your body painful, u having physical suffering. You thinking about suicide, you have mental suffering. Your relationship and your condition causing you emotional suffering. I put aside energy. Now you need to make these 3, Mind, Body and Emotion work for you not against you. How to do that? there are many ways, try and see which one workable for you, don’t just refer to modern education. Focus on you and take necessary action. Believe me life will change, that is condition of nature and we are in nature.

    Dear L,

    Yes, it will be terribly painful especially when your feeling at peak on him. So far in my experience nothing more painful than this. Those with experiential knowledge will understand this. You have no choice, u must go through the pain, no immediate relief. Rather than fixing the relationship you better start to fix yourself. Believe me, once you pass through (years in my experience) you will become wise and you will gain at the end. Now you need to take 1st step…. Acknowledge the pain, feel it…keep walking..1 step at the moment.
