Hi Nina,
Nice to know that you are finding Nadishodhana effective. It feels really very peaceful while and after doing it.
True, Kapalbhati Pranayam is even more effective. Just make sure to do it on a clear stomach when there is not much food in it.

Oh yes when it comes to Yogasanas and Pranayam how can we not make a mention about Surya Namaskara or the Sun Salutation. It is said to be a complete body workout. If you have any back related issues then it is better to avoid it since it involves both forward and backward bending postures, otherwise its a great exercise routine.

Right now different people are at different stages of the evolution of consciousness on the planet.
From the activities you have described about yourself to be interested in, you seem to be moving more towards presence which is a good sign.You need not wear a mask and show the false you. You need not feel something that you do not want to feel just because someone or some situation is compelling you to do so. When God made us originals, why stoop to become a copy?
Move on with people who are not in alignment with your soul. Do it slowly and gradually as mentioned in Nina’s post above.
There are so many reminders that will help you on what to do.

Yes I do have some helpful tips.
1) Do a variation of Ho’oponopono
Continously chant/say,
I’M SORRY PLEASE FORGIVE ME THANK YOUPlease note you are not saying this to that person.
Don’t bother much about whom you’re saying to. Simply say it! Say it over and over. Mean it.
You may ask it to whoever you believe as God, or to Nature, or to the Universe, or to Life, or to your own self, or simply in the air to nobody.Just say it either mentally, loudly or softly or proclaim it by yelling it, however you want to.
Say it as many times as you can/want. If that person’s thought comes in your head, immediately go to the chanting.2) Another similar variation
Format: I _______ FORGIVE YOU _____________, YOU PLEASE FORGIVE ME AND RELEASE ME, THANK YOU
Example: IFORGIVE YOU , YOU PLEASE FORGIVE ME AND RELEASE ME, THANK YOU Keep saying this the same way as explained in No.1. Either mentally, loudly or softly or however it works best for you.
You said you are not able to let go of him which is nothing but trying to remove him from your head, so that you can go back to your own life, in a calm and peaceful way. So don’t try hard to remove him. Instead, while saying the above, if the guy’s image comes to the screen of your mind, let it come, allow it to come. Don’t push it. Don’t resist it. What you resist will persist.While saying “YOU PLEASE FORGIVE ME AND RELEASE ME”, you can also imagine this person getting RELEASED from your head, while putting greater emphasis on the words “RELEASE ME”. Don’t worry if you are weak in visualization like some people are. In that case, simply keep chanting.
These energetic exercises do not necessarily always mean that you or they have done anything wrong, but it is to break the negative link or to cut the negative energy cords. The end result would be harmonious and in alignment with you and for your greater good.
Soon you will be back on track with your routine life.Remember to say it as many times as possible. You can even say it involuntarily (meaning: just like alphabets ABCD… without thinking much about them). If you are doing something else and you are disturbed by his memories, then immediately start chanting and do it continuously till you are OK.
I am sure you are going to feel much more peaceful about your situation. Even if thoughts about this person may (or may even not) come but they will lose their intensity and will no longer bother you anymore.

“I’ve heard from my therapists (yeah, multiple. LOL) that “You just need to let these things go.” Only one tiny little problem with that. How? How do you let go of something you’ve held onto for so long, so tightly that you can’t even begin to understand HOW to let it go. “You just do it.” Whatever. In my case it really is like teaching a child how to tie their shoes by saying “You just tie them.”
This is exactly what I’m upto. To share something on the “how” part. If you look at my profile’s biographical intro and it talks about the same…Comforting anyone with words do produce a healing effect, but I believe that doing a practical healing technique has greater effect than words like “just let it go, don’t worry, everything will be alright, just relax, quiet the mind”. The problem with this is simply saying to “let it go” won’t work in the long run. One must be guided “how to let it go”. The important part is the “how”. “How to let go”, “how to relax”, “how to quieten the mind”, “how to stop worrying and start living” and so on.

From what you have described, its a good resource on the naughty knots like fear, shame, hatred, pain and guilt.
From my information there is also a similar tool called as ‘The Sedona Method’, although I am familiar with the technique, but since I haven’t practiced it much, I won’t be able to tell you more on it.

At first while reading the initial part of your post I planned to ask you of a way to communicate with God. I know few ways of them…nothing very specific…but few of those generic ways like writing a letter, asking for a sign, meditating and listening to the inner voice, and so forth.

If the answer you get is filled with joy, love, peace, happiness, freedom, clarity, a sense of calmness it is the Divine voice and not of the ego. It should make you feel uplifted.Because you are feeling freaked out and crazy, so not sure about what you are experiencing.
Or may be you should see what God is trying to tell you…Is s/he telling you that you are not the only child in this world to me? all others are also a part of me, would you like to share about this with the rest if it works for you so that all of humanity can benefit?
May be you can try sharing with someone very very close and see if there is any effect in your feelings. This is just my opinion, you may or may not do that, but if your anxious feelings (which has led you to ask a question here) reduces then you are on the right track.
When you understand that we are all interconnected and finally connected to the Divine Source then there won’t be feelings of competition or hiding anything from anyone. It will be all about caring and sharing.

This approach does have more of its upsides but I also want you to be aware of few of its minor downsides too (http://www.directmac.org/direct-mail) eg; recipients consider it as junkmail, people opting out due to its negative environmental impact with more people choosing for paperless stuff. I personally never looked at any direct mail letters, but that is just a personal preference as there may be people who prefer them when it is done in a neat and catchy way by QR codes, in some other decorative way, etc as mentioned here (http://www.troimail.com/services/why-choose-direct-mail-advertising/). With you having to mail coupon codes, offers to people I do not think nobody would deny these as that is what any person on this earth wants – something at a less price than its actual, more and more deals and offers. From what you have described it looks like you still have the energetic cords (ties) of attachment with this person, their family members and their external environment. These cords are invisible since they are at an energetic level. They are also called as psychic ties.

Who else could we learn about Presence other than the core teachings of Eckhart Tolle, who says….When in trouble,
– see if it is possible to remove yourself from the situation
– if not see if there is something that you can do to change the situation
– or else accept it (surrender to it) by becoming fully present to it
