    You just enjoying the foods and without noticing the result. Well at least you know the outcome and know I guess you star dieting and going out to Gym..LOL

    Actually, we can eat what we want as long as with moderation. Foods are just there, you can eat them anytime! but make sure your limitations. You must have an amount of food your are eating and enjoy it.Well, tomorrow is another day! Good Luck

    Don’t feel sad  and stop worrying. Try another diet and work. Do some Zumba or Triathlon. That might help.

    It is hard to believe yourself when you can’t be true to yourself. Perhaps, you always made a comparison of yourself towards others and always after a perfect situation to have a prefect “YOU”.

    It is impossible! Nobody’s perfect in this world, what you are doing is you made again mistake that you wanted to be perfect “YOU”. With that, you will live your life miserable!

    Stop doing that, do what something that makes you comfortable and never compare yourself with others. Be who you are! I know you will gain real friends and fed up your emptiness. Good Luck!

    It is really hard to forget someone that you love dearly. My suggestions, go out with friends or family , go to church and pray to get through with this situation, or you can go to gym make yourself physically fit and be happy with his achievements. Always look on the positive side of your life and always have a goal to overcome this situation. Good luck!!

    His honesty is an evidence that he truly loves you. Give him freedom to do his responsibility of his job. Long distance relationship may not ruin your relationship, just have a constant communication and always show that you trust him.

    I agree with Anita…give him space…and maybe that space will give you answer. Any relationship, if it helps both then have the patience to stick with him. Otherwise, just let it be free. 🙂

    Hi BJ, nice to hear you share. Well, there are people who have the same personality – being contented with simplicity in life. If you wont mind, you can take a look at Myers-Briggs 16 Personality Tests so you can just have a background on what you possess as a person. This will make you appreciate what you’ve got despite of the things you are feeling. 🙂
