    Hi Good People of TinyBuddha,

I decided to start a fresh thread, a fresh chapter.
This time I want to focus more on rebuilding myself, self-worth, career, relationships, and learning to live with less fear and more trust in myself.

    Hi @Tee
Hope you’re having a good weekend.
I think previous thread was deleted 10 days ago. So not sure about your reply.

    Hello SereneWolf,

Are you religious or follow a spiritual path? Do you follow Buddhism or any other religion?
Just curious. I have found that belief in something helps one to get thru the rough times and uncertain times.
Rebuilding oneself requires break the old self down.
Usually, it should be a transformation from a weaker self to a stronger self.
But, one never knows how it will turn out.
Just keep trying. Wish you well.

    Welcome back, SereneWolf 🙂

I thought you might be coming back as SWolf 🙂

I think that what you need here, in tiny buddha, is less analysis and more emotional presence: someone (or someones) to truly listen.

I can’t think of a more worthy quest than to live with less fear and more trust in oneself.

I wonder, how does the fear feel in your body?

And moments of trust in yourself, how do those feel?

    One more thing, SereneWolf:

I want to say that I see you’re starting fresh, and I respect that. Sometimes clearing the slate makes it easier to hear yourself without all the old noise.

    I’m glad you’re here.

    Anita
