    Who is calling the lovable, honest Confused I know, a moron..? 🤬 (how I feel about it)

    “Copilot sounds about right, but how does (anxiety) go away?”-

    By confronting the part of you saying you’re a “moron”.. somehow.

    Empathy for yourself, being on your side, referring to yourself kindly, the way you deserve.

    Thank you 🙂 I think it’s my consciousness? I am not sure but nothing else comes to mind.. Maybe its the logical part?
