It’s okay to start over. It’s okay to rebuild. It’s okay to be scared.

May your choices reflect your hopes, not your fears.

Don’t let your fear of what could happen make nothing happen.

If your forever was ending tomorrow, would this be how you’d want to have spent it? Listen, the truth is, nothing is guaranteed. You know that more than anybody. So don’t be afraid. Be alive.

Pain makes you stronger. Fear makes you braver. Heartbreak makes you wiser.

When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.

If you live in fear of the future because of what happened in your past, you’ll end up losing what you have in the present.

Miracles start to happen when you give as much energy to your dreams as you do to your fears.

You can never be happy if you’re trapped in the past and fearful of the future. Living in the present is the only way to be happy.

Remember that everyone you meet is afraid of something, loves something, and has lost something.

The more you hide your feelings, the more they show. The more you deny your feelings, the more they grow.

F-E-A-R has two meanings: ‘Forget Everything And Run’ or ‘Face Everything And Rise.’ The choice is yours.

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and focus on what could go right.

Never fear shadows. They simply mean there’s a light shining somewhere nearby.

Worry looks around, fear looks back, faith looks up, guilt looks down, but I look forward.

The heart is like a garden: it can grow compassion or fear, resentment or love. What seeds will you plant there?

Fear, uncertainty, and discomfort are your compasses toward growth.

You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

Don’t wait for your feelings to change to take the action. Take the action and your feelings will change.

Fear is inevitable, I have to accept that, but I cannot allow it to paralyze me.
