Some days you feel good because you absolutely smashed everything on your to-do list. Other days you feel good because you managed to take a shower. Whichever it is, I hope you find something that makes you feel good today!

Don’t wait til you reach your goal to be proud of yourself. Be proud of every step you take.

You’re not too old, and it’s not too late.

Your circle should want to see you win. Your circle should clap the loudest when you have good news. If they don’t, get a new circle.

Just because you’re taking longer than others doesn’t mean you’re a failure. Keep going.

In a society that has you counting money, pounds, calories, and steps, be a rebel and count your blessings instead.

‘What if I fall?’ Oh, but darling, what if you fly?

No matter what you do, someone won’t be pleased. Someone will think your choices are wrong. And someone will tell you what should do instead. No matter which path you take, someone will seem to be doing better. Someone will have more than you. And someone else’s life may look more impressive on paper. If you’re being true to yourself, none of that will matter because you’ll have something more satisfying than approval and the illusion of “success”: a life that feels right for you, based on your own wants, needs, values, and priorities.

At the end of life, what really matters is not what we bought, but what we built; not what we got, but what we shared; not our competence, but our character; and not our success, but our significance. Live a life that matters. Live a life of love.

Let go of the idea of winning or losing. In the game of life, the most important thing is just showing up and doing your best.

If you can lie down at night knowing in your heart that you made someone’s day just a little bit better, you know you had a good day.

What’s in your heart is far more important than what’s in your resume, your job description, and your bank account.

There’s no such thing as what you ‘should’ be doing with your life. If you’re not holding yourself back from something you really want to try, and you enjoy the way you spend your day, then you’re a smashing success.

You are more than what you do, produce, or achieve. Don’t believe for a second that your output and your income dictate your worth. They don’t.

Never let anyone disturb your composure, deter your accomplishment, or destroy your happiness.

I still have a long way to go, but I’m already so far from where I used to be, and I’m proud of that.

Never let success go to your head and never let failure go to your heart.

I’m not interested in competing with anyone. I hope we all make it.

Doing your best is more important than being the best.

We don’t need more money, we don’t need greater success or fame, we don’t need the perfect body or even the perfect mate—right now, at this very moment, we have a mind, which is all the basic equipment we need to achieve complete happiness.
