You may not be able to control every situation and its outcome, but you can control how you deal with it.

When you can't control what's happening, challenge yourself to control how you respond to what's happening. That's where your power is.

You can’t stop negative thoughts from popping into your head, but you can choose to stop letting them control you and your life.

Letting go doesn’t mean that you don’t care about someone anymore. It’s just realizing that the only person you really have control over is yourself.

Life should be touched, not strangled. You’ve got to relax, let it happen at times, and at others move forward with it.

Our anxiety does not come from thinking about the future, but from wanting to control it.

You cannot control the results, only your actions.
