One day, you are going to hug your last hug, kiss your last kiss, and hear someone’s voice for the last time, but you never know when the last time will be. Live every day as if it were the last time you will be with the person you love.

Grief is really just love. It’s all the love you want to give, but cannot. All that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and in that hollow part of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go.

In life, friendships change, divorces happen, people move on, others die. Money and jobs will come and go. Live long enough and your health and body will change. It goes with the territory of being human. The fact that you are still here gives you an advantage. Don’t look back. Look straight ahead! Decide to use all of your knowledge, skills, experiences and your life lessons from your mistakes, defeats and setbacks, to start over again. Life changes. You may not have the same life as before, but you can still enjoy your life!

I do not want to get to the end of my life and find that I just lived the length of it. I want to have lived the width of it as well.

Grief is not a disorder, a disease or a sign of weakness. It is an emotional, physical and spiritual necessity, the price you pay for love. The only cure for grief is to grieve.

Don’t be afraid of death; be afraid of an unlived life. You don’t have to live forever; you just have to live.

Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.

Resentment is like taking poison and waiting for the other person to die.

If it isn’t good, let it die. If it doesn’t die, make it good.

Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside us while we live.

Life is a process of becoming. A combination of states we have to go through. Where people fail is that they wish to elect a state and remain in it. This is a kind of death.

To live is to be willing to die over and over again.

You were born original. Don’t die a copy.

Death is more universal than life. Everyone dies but not everyone lives.

It is never too late. Even if you are going to die tomorrow, keep yourself straight and clear and be a happy human being today.
