Find the time to read, to smell the flowers, to paint your dreams, to have coffee with a friend, to learn a new craft, to write a letter, to bake a surprise cake, to go somewhere special, to really be with the person you love, or even do nothing for a while…

There are two things you should never waste your time on: things that don’t matter and people who think that you don’t matter.

Happiness turned to me and said, ‘It is time. It is time to forgive yourself for all of the things you did not become. It is time to exonerate yourself for all the people you couldn’t save, for all the fragile hearts you fumbled with in the dark of your confusion. It is time, child, to accept that you don’t have to be who you were a year ago, that you don’t have to want the same things. Above all else, it is time to believe, with reckless abandon, that you are worthy of me, for I have been waiting for years.’

I have a limited amount of time left on this planet, and I’m not gonna spend it being a watered down version of myself just so people can like me.

You can’t give your life more time, so give the time you have left more life.

Sometimes I wake up and have to remind myself: THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH ME. I have patterns to unlearn, new behaviors to embody and wounds to heal. But there is nothing wrong with the core of me and who I am. I am unlearning generations of harm and remembering love. That takes time.

Time and good friends are two things that get more valuable the older you get.

Honesty saves everyone’s time.

The greatest gift you can give someone is your time, because when you give your time you are giving a portion of your life that you will never get back.

Today be thankful and think how rich you are. Your family is priceless. Your health is wealth. Your time is gold.

You only have so much emotional energy each day. Don’t spend it on things that don’t matter or on people who don’t value you or your time. Be discerning.

Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.

Five things you can’t control: What other people think of you. What other people do. What happens around you. The outcome of your efforts. The passage of time. So let go and focus on what you can control—what you do today.

Don’t let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it.

It’s not about time, it’s about choices. How are you spending your choices?

Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money, but you cannot get more time.

You will never ‘find’ time for anything. If you want time, you must make it.

There’ll be two dates on your tombstone and all your friends will read ’em but all that’s gonna matter is that little dash between ’em.

It’s not about ‘having’ time. It’s about making time. If it matters, you will make time.

I realized, it is not the time that heals, but what we do within that time that creates positive change.
