Have a little faith in your ability to handle whatever’s coming down the road. Believe that you have the strength and resourcefulness required to tackle whatever challenges come your way. And know that you always have the capacity to make the best of anything. Even if you didn’t want it or ask for it, even if seems scary or hard or unfair, you can make something good of any loss or hardship. You can learn from it, grow from it, help others through it, and maybe even thrive because of it. The future is unknown, but you can know this for sure: Whatever’s coming, you got this.

You’ll be amazed at what you attract when you start believing in what you deserve.

Even though there are days I wish I could change some things that happened in the past, there’s a reason the rear view mirror is so small and the windshield is so big. Where you’re headed is much more important than what you’ve left behind.

Don’t be afraid to start over. This time you’re not starting from scratch, you’re starting from experience.

Sometimes you’ve got to look straight into the tired eyes of the woman staring back at you in the mirror and tell her that she deserves the best kind of love, the best kind of life, and devote yourself to giving it to her all over again.

You’re not too old, and it’s not too late.

When it’s time for something new, you will feel it. You will feel a desire to let go, to shed layers, to move, to re-create. You will know because there will be subtle shifts all around you. You will release the old because you are really clearing the path for what’s ahead. Trust the process.

You gotta look for the good in the bad, the happy in the sad, the gain in your pain, and what makes you grateful not hateful.

The most powerful thing you can do right now is be patient while things are unfolding for you.

‘What if I fall?’ Oh, but darling, what if you fly?

Your current situation is not your final destination.

New beginnings are often disguised as painful endings.

Sometimes what looks like an obstacle in your path is actually a gift meant to move you in a different direction.

What is broken can be mended. What hurts can be healed. And no matter how hard it gets, the sun will rise again.

Believe in yourself and you’ll be unstoppable.

If you have a bad day, remember that tomorrow is a wonderful gift and a new chance to try again.

You fall, you rise, you make mistakes, you live, you learn. You’re human, not perfect. You’ve been hurt, but you’re alive. Think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive—to breathe, to think, to enjoy, and to chase the things you love. Sometimes there is sadness in our journey, but there is also lots of beauty. We must keep putting one foot in front of the other even when we hurt, for we will never know what is waiting for us just around the bend.

Life can still be beautiful, meaningful, fun, and fulfilling even if things don’t turn out the way you planned.

Everybody’s got a past. The past doesn’t equal the future unless you live there.

Don’t let your fear paralyze you. The scariest paths often lead to the most exciting places.
