If you have nothing to be grateful for, check your pulse.

When life is sweet, say thank you and celebrate. When life is bitter, say thank you and grow.

Don’t ever save anything for a special occasion. Being alive is the special occasion.

If you woke up breathing, congratulations! You have another chance.

At the end of the day, let there be no excuses, no explanations, no regrets.

The people who are the hardest to love are the ones who need it the most.

The more you extend kindness to yourself, the more it will become your automatic response to others.

To create more positive results in your life, replace ‘if only’ with ‘next time.’
